The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations deems necessary to forward the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Taxation regarding Promotion of Use of Alternative Energy Sources and Types of Fuel" for further drafting

The Bill (Reg. No.4184) exempts the income of producers obtained from the sale of alternative energy sources and types of fuel from tax for the period of ten years. The Bill also regulates the procedure of amortization of fixed assets that use alternative energy sources and types of fuel (the list of the alternative sources is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine).
